About Us

About ARCHANGELS

ARCHANGELS is a national movement and a platform that is reframing how caregivers are seen, honored, and supported using a combination of data and stories, through public and private partnerships. We believe shining a light on caregivers so they feel seen and honored, is the first line of care. Our Caregiver Intensity Index (CII) is designed to engage all caregivers, even those who do not see themselves in the role. The platform provides each caregiver with a ‘score’ that not only validates their experience, but crosswalks them over to the resources that exist but often go underutilized due to lack of awareness. ARCHANGELS provides communities (including states, employers, healthcare providers, and payers) with an omni-channel data-driven engagement approach that changes caregiver’s lives (as well as top and bottom lines) for the better.

Analytics

The Analytics Team is constantly surveying the caregiver experience to identify actionable insights that can be translated into strategic engagement. Every bit of data that is shared back with our clients is action oriented – RESEARCH. ACTION. IMPACT.

Design

The design team integrates the human and clinical aspect of caregiving and creates beautiful, functional tools for activating and engaging caregivers. The value, honor and challenges of what caregivers do inspires our work every step of the way.

Community Building

Building community support for caregivers is the role of the Community Building team. These thoughtful humans understand caregivers needs in their area and help build awareness, recognition and connection to resources in their community.
