ARCHANGELS is a public benefit corporation built on one founding truth: you can't support what you can't see. Over 40% of adults are unpaid caregivers – the backbone of health in America – and almost none of them are counted. We built the tool to count them, the platform to reach them, and the movement to make the whole system pay attention.

The first line of care is being seen. The second is having words – and data – for what's being carried. The third is being matched to the best of what already exists. The fourth is measuring what changes – driving impact, improving continuously, and making sure the benefit lands where it's supposed to.
Our Caregiver Intensity Index® (CII) is designed to engage all caregivers, even those who do not see themselves in the role. The platform provides each caregiver with a 'score' that not only validates their experience, but matches them to the resources that exist but often go underutilized due to lack of awareness.
ARCHANGELS provides communities – including states, employers, healthcare providers, and payers – with an omni-channel data-driven engagement approach that changes caregivers' lives, as well as top and bottom lines, for the better.
We are also conveners. We bring together the people and organizations – individuals, employers, health systems, states, and brands – whose humanitarian and financial interests overlap on this population, and align them around a shared stake in seeing and supporting unpaid caregivers.

Our Development Team creates elegant technical designs that enable scalable response to data and insights for building accessible and useful caregiver tools.
Analytics
The Analytics Team is constantly surveying the caregiver experience to identify actionable insights that can be translated into strategic engagement. Every bit of data that is shared back with our clients is action oriented – RESEARCH. ACTION. IMPACT.
Design
The design team integrates the human and clinical aspect of caregiving and creates beautiful, functional tools for activating and engaging caregivers. The value, honor and challenges of what caregivers do inspires our work every step of the way.
Community Building
Building community support for caregivers is the role of the Community Building team. These thoughtful humans understand caregivers needs in their area and help build awareness, recognition and connection to resources in their community.

Alexandra Drane
Co-founder and CEO of ARCHANGELS. Co-founded Eliza Corporation (acquired by HMS Holdings: HMSY), Engage with Grace, and three other companies (all boot-strapped). Her belief that communities are the front line of health has evolved into an obsession with any 'last mile' – and builds on her fierce beliefs that caregivers are our country's greatest asset, and that we need to expand the definition of health to include life.

Sarah Stephens Winnay
20 years building data products and insights-driven consumer experiences in healthcare – at Health Media, Eliza, Aetna, and Medicity, in roles spanning Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy. Also serves on the Board of Advisers to The Second Step, partnering with survivors to build brighter futures.
Political Science, Dickinson College; MBA, University of Michigan (with the requisite fierce loyalty to Michigan sports). Spends any moment not focused on ARCHANGELS on a baseball field somewhere, trying to pretend to not be a crazy baseball parent.

Operations enthusiast with a passion for helping start-ups build an operational foundation for success. Has worked with dozens of start-ups over the past ten years across a wide spectrum of industries – creating flexible structure without stifling innovation.
