Is ARCHANGELS a nonprofit?
No. ARCHANGELS is a public benefit corporation. We charge organizations – employers, health plans, states, brands – so that the Caregiver Intensity Index® stays free for caregivers.
What do caregivers actually get on the site today?
The CII – a brief, validated experience that gives them a score, the top two things driving intensity, the top two things helping, and specific matched resources. It's free, no account required.
Do you provide direct clinical support or therapy?
No. We don't deliver clinical care. We measure intensity and route to the support that already exists – employer benefits, community resources, state and federal programs.
How long does a deployment take?
Most partner deployments launch within 90 days of kickoff. We can move faster or slower depending on your approval cycles. See the employer timeline for a full breakdown.
Is the CII clinically validated?
The underlying constructs have been published in the CDC, Journal of Affective Disorders, and American Journal of Drug and Alcohol Abuse. See the CII page for more.
